a poem

mechanical reality

so easy and so happily

predictability in love

and life so harsh is softened

by hug of strength and warmth

so brightly i have transferred

my intensity to here

to be with you, my him, my chosen

and winds blither like idiots

chilling all my spine

but time and time again

i grin

at the tangibility of your skin

so close to me,

and mine.
